Data retention and deletion

Version 0.3 · Last updated 16 October 2026

Videos

We keep your videos until you delete them. When you delete a video, we remove the original file and the video qualities promptly, and playback stops in about a minute. A copy already delivered to a viewer or held in a network cache is outside our direct control; it is not served again once its link expires. You cannot undo a deletion.

Review frames

When you delete a video, we delete the review frames with it. If a video is under review, or part of an abuse report or a legal matter, we keep the related frames until that matter closes, then delete them. We keep no frames longer than 30 days after the video is deleted, unless the law requires it.

Account data

We keep account, video and usage records while your account is open. We are setting a fixed deletion period and will publish it here.

After a paid plan stops

We delete the stored videos 30 days after the paid plan stops. We give you a notice and an export window before that deletion.

Invoices

We keep invoices and tax records for the period Saudi tax law requires - at least 6 years.

Logs and scratch files

Request logs stay in our log service for 7 days. Security events for failed playback links stay 7 days. Encoder scratch files are deleted after 30 days. Unfinished uploads are aborted after 1 day. Moderation decisions are kept with no fixed time limit today.

Backups

We do not keep separate backups today.

What we cannot delete

Copies our service already delivered, and copies held by your viewers or other third parties, are outside our control.
