Acceptable Use Policy

In one line

Do not use segmnt to host or share illegal or harmful video.

Do not upload, store or play content that is

• Illegal, or that breaks the law of Saudi Arabia or the country where it is watched.
• Against public order, religious values, public morals or privacy, including under the Anti-Cyber Crime Law.
• Sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance and report it to the authorities. We preserve the material for the authorities and will not notify the uploader where notifying them could hinder an investigation.
• Non-consensual intimate content.
• Defamatory, or that impersonates a person or business.
• Incitement to violence or terrorism.
• Hateful or harassing.
• Gambling, illegal drugs or weapons.
• Malware.
• Content you do not have the rights to, or that includes people who have not consented to appear.

Do not misuse the service

• No spam, no piracy, no scraping.
• No attempts to bypass the signed link or the CDN.
• No overloading the service.
• No reselling the service as your own, except the Agency white-label plan defined in the Terms.

No monitoring duty

We do not monitor all content and have no obligation to do so. You are responsible for your content.

Protection of minors

Our service is for businesses and is not for children.

Reporting abuse

Write to support@segmnt.cloud. A customer's app can also report a video to us through our API.

What we may do if you break this policy

We may hold the video, remove it, warn you, suspend the account, or ban the account. A ban can extend to related accounts and, when phone verification and the device fingerprint are in use, the phone number and the device fingerprint. We report to the authorities where the law requires it.

Appeals

Write to support@segmnt.cloud within 30 days. We aim to answer within 30 days.
