The small print
- Prices are in Saudi riyals: we are not VAT-registered yet, so no VAT is charged today. We will add VAT only after we register, and we will tell you first.
- One hour of 1440p counts as 2 hours; one hour of 4K counts as 4 hours.
- Paid plans: an e-mail at 80% and 100% of watched minutes. Uploads stop at the limit. On Pro and Agency, extra watch time past your limit is 5 SAR per 1,000 watched minutes, on the next invoice. On Starter, playback stops at the 20,000-minute limit.
- Free plan: uploads stop at the limit, playback stops at 2,000 minutes.
- Pay yearly: get 14 months for the price of 12.
- Founding offer: the first 10 paying customers get 30% off for 12 months on any paid plan.
- Referral: 10% off for 12 months per referred customer in active use, and 10% off for 3 months for the new customer. Maximum total discount 40%.
- Active use = a different company (different phone, card and domain), two paid months in a row with no refund, 5,000 watched minutes a month on a verified domain, not banned.
- Payment methods are planned for launch: mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, cards. There is no online payment today; join the paid-plan whitelist and we will contact you.
- Cancellation: turn off renewal any time. The current paid period stays active, then your plan returns to Free. Stored videos are deleted 30 days after a paid plan stops.
How we compare
A fair, honest comparison. All prices converted at 3.75 SAR = 1 USD, excluding taxes. Competitor prices checked October 2026 from the public sources listed below; Vimeo and VdoCipher show prices only with JavaScript, so their numbers come from third-party listings. We re-check before every customer meeting. We sell on what is right for you, not on shouting.

Bunny's volume network is cheaper than us on raw price per gigabyte. We say that openly. The difference with us: we do the hard part. Upload through one API and we encode, store, secure and stream on your own domain, with signed and domain-locked playback built in, and plans in hours and minutes instead of gigabyte maths.

Is the price with or without VAT?

Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pay yearly: get 14 months for the price of 12.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
You get an e-mail at 80% and 100% of your minutes. On Pro and Agency, extra watch time past your limit is 5 SAR per 1,000 watched minutes, on the next invoice. On Starter, playback stops at 20,000 minutes.
What counts as an "hour"?
One hour of 1080p video. 1440p counts as 2 hours and 4K as 4 hours, because they cost more to store and encode.
Do you upscale my video?
Never. You get the qualities your source has, up to your plan's maximum.
Is the pilot really free?
Yes. 30 days, no card: 10 h stored, 10 h uploaded, 20,000 minutes watched, up to 1080p. At the end you choose a paid plan or go back to free limits.
Who is the founder discount for?
The first 10 paying customers. 30% off for 12 months on any paid plan.
Can agencies put their own brand on the player?
Yes. Pro has your own logo and colors. Agency is full white-label: no segmnt name anywhere in the player, 25 projects and 50 domains.
Do you have a public video platform?
No. segmnt is infrastructure for businesses only.
